The 5K Run is back for a third year!  Join us again by running for a great cause.  St. George and St. Shenouda is working towards building a new church.  Help us by participating in a Christian themed 5K Run (run/walk/crawl/whatever!) and stay for the BBQ at the park afterwards!  Support the Coptic church by completing 5K as you observe inspirational Christian themes along the way.

Registration Time: 9:00 to 10:00 AM. We will absolutely close registration at 10:00 AM!
Start Time: 10:30 AM

Awards: Prizes will be awarded to:

• The fastest male runner
• The fastest female runner
• The top fundraiser

T-Shirts: Competition T-Shirts will be given free to all athletes!  Spectators may purchase a shirt for $10 either online or at the park. 

Dress Code: No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service.  Guys and girls should dress appropriately.  Everyone must wear a top.  Shorts should be of reasonable length. Priests are allowed to wear their galabeyas :)
