Welcome to our Fourth Annual 5K Run!  Join us again by running for a great cause.  St. George and St. Shenouda is working towards building a new church.  By participating in our Christian themed 5K Run (run/walk/crawl/whatever!), you're helping us reach our goal of building a new home for our congregation!  As always, stay for the BBQ at the park afterwards.  Support the Coptic church by completing 5K as you observe inspirational Christian themes along the way.

New Feature: This year, we are very blessed to have Racing NJ, a race management team, working with us.  Their services include electronic timing through the use of race computers, a large finish clock, a finish line chute, numbered bibs and more!

Registration Time: 9:00 to 10:00 AM. We will absolutely close registration at 10:00 AM!

Awards: Great prizes will be awarded to:

• The fastest male runner
• The fastest female runner
• The top fundraiser

T-Shirts: Competition t-shirts will be given free to all athletes!  Spectators may purchase a shirt for $10 either online or at the park. 

Dress Code: No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service.  Guys and girls should dress appropriately.  Everyone must wear a top.  Shorts should be of reasonable length. Priests are allowed to wear their galabeyas :)
