• Participants must be 17 years or older.
• All competitors should be medically fit to run and understand they enter at their own risk.
• To compete, it is required you find pledging.  Every competitor must be guaranteed at least $50 worth of pledges for completing the 5K.
• Spectators will be charged $15 for the BBQ.
